SW-MOTECH manufactures this milled aluminum brake pedal extension to match the original BMW R 1300 GS brake pedal.

SW-MOTECH manufactures the extensions from a high-strength, milled aluminum alloy with a black anodized surface and a stainless steel tread. For optimal ergonomic adjustment, the brake pedal can be raised to two levels: 22 or 27 millimeters.

The brake pedal extension is ideal for riding on unpaved roads: it complements the original brake tread and ensures safe and precise braking. The extension makes it possible to both widen and raise the support surface. Thus, the brake pedal extension provides more safety and better control of the rear wheel brake.

When riding off-road, it is normal to alternate between sitting and standing positions. When riding standing up, the knee angle changes so that the foot exerts less pressure on the small pedal. With a higher support surface, the foot adopts a steeper angle and can thus easily reach and control the brake even when riding standing up. The elevation can be adjusted to two heights.

In addition to the elevation, the brake pedal extension offers an enlarged support surface. This surface is also serrated to offer better support in case the pedal is dirty or wet.
