PRO Tank Ring

SW-MOTECH manufactures this PRO tank ring specifically for the KTM 990 Duke.

The PRO tank ring combines innovative strength with ingenious German engineering. The QUICK-LOCK mechanism of the SW-MOTECH tank rings, which has been tried and tested for many years, is now even easier to operate thanks to the magnetic guide from Fidlock technology. The positioning of the top ring has been significantly improved: the sliding top ring comes pre-assembled on the tank bag with a guide rail and no longer needs to be drilled.

This allows the top ring to be custom aligned on the guide rail on the underside of the tank bag. Once the right position has been found, the top ring is screwed on tightly. When changing motorcycles, the position of the top ring can be adjusted accordingly.

The magnetic guide, developed by Fidlock, complements the already proven mechanical latching system of SW-MOTECH's QUICK-LOCK: the magnets guide the top ring into the correct position on the tank ring and the lock firmly snaps into place. The magnetic force helps with mounting the tank bag. The tank bag is securely fixed with a single hand movement and you can start your ride.

The mechanical locking mechanism secures the tank bag, and the magnets bring the two parts of the ring together. The robust fiberglass-reinforced plastic with its high-precision latching geometry ensures that the tank bag remains firmly in position in all driving situations.

The patent-protected PRO tank ring is matched to the fuel filler neck of the respective motorcycle model. This ensures the best possible positioning on the tank.
