SW-MOTECH manufactures this PRO tank ring specifically for the BMW R 1300 R/R 1300 RS.

The PRO tank ring combines the innovative strength of two German companies: the QUICK-LOCK locking mechanism of SW-MOTECH tank rings, proven for many years, can now be operated even more easily thanks to the magnetic guide from Fidlock technology. We have significantly improved the positioning of the top ring: the sliding top ring comes pre-assembled via a guide rail on the tank bag, eliminating the need for drilling.

This way, the top ring allows it to be oriented as needed in the guide rail on the underside of the bag. Once the suitable position is found, the top ring is firmly screwed on. If you want to change motorcycles, the position of the ring can be adjusted accordingly.

The magnetic guide rail developed by Fidlock complements an already perfected mechanical device, such as SW-MOTECH's QUICK-LOCK locking system: magnets guide the top ring into the correct position on the tank ring, and the lock securely snaps into place. Thus, the force of the magnets helps in positioning the bag. The bag is attached with a single movement of the hand, and you can already start with your luggage securely in place for the fun to begin.

The mechanical locking device secures the position of the bag while the magnets pull both parts of the ring together. The robust fiberglass-reinforced plastic and the high geometric precision of its ratchet ensure that the tank bag remains firmly in the same position, no matter how long the journey.

The patent-protected PRO tank ring is designed to fit the fuel filler neck of the respective motorcycle model. This ensures optimal positioning on the tank.
