Handlebar Riser

Anyone who cannot comfortably reach the handlebars of the R nineT should consider getting a handlebar riser. Our sturdy riser moves the handlebars 20 mm up and 30 mm back. For the rider, this can mean enjoying a relaxed, back-friendly seating position and thus greater control over the motorcycle. The gold anodized aluminum handlebar riser has been specifically developed for the R nineT.

Anyone who cannot comfortably reach the handlebars should consider getting a handlebar riser. Our sturdy aluminum risers move the handlebars up and back. For the rider, this can mean enjoying a relaxed, back-friendly seating position and thus greater control over the motorcycle. The maximum displacement for your motorcycle can be found in the ABE.

Note

  • This handlebar riser does not have a national type approval (ABE) and is not permitted within the scope of the StVZO (Germany). Individual approval by the TÜV may be possible if the cables are extended. The necessary material for this is not included in the scope of delivery.
  • Those who cannot comfortably reach the handlebars can choose between universal handlebar risers in various model-specific variants or handlebar risers that not only raise the handlebars but also move them back.
  • The length of the Bowden cables and brake lines must be checked for each motorcycle.

Approval Notice

Individual approval by an inspection center such as TÜV or DEKRA is possible if the gear and brake cables are extended. The issuance of a necessary certificate may incur costs. Before purchasing the product, the regulations for its approval in the respective country should be clarified.
